I am glad that John Woo was able to influence the game. The cut scenes are perfect, you can see this has clearly has had the midas touch. To be frank even before you play the actual game the game menu's are oozing with cool.
In games generally you wish to skip the cut scenes, though with Stranglehold its a pleasure to watch and enjoy, some times you wish they never ended. The seamless, from gameplay to cut scene to, balletic gun duals are sublime. You can see this has needed a real directors touch to achieve this, this will certainly raised the bar in the games industry and about bloody time too.
With simply jaw dropping, visually impressive and comical moments such as when one of the bad guys, shouts towards the band "Did we tell you to stop playing."
This game is a pleasure to play and watch. The attention to detail is mind boggling, the physics engine is perfect, the tequila time, is repetitive but never looses its cool. I only have one minor niggle, I find the game quite hard. Some times to hard, but everyone would complain if it was too easy to complete.
Plus the fact that with so many titles released on the 360 in this month. What a game. I repeat again......WOW
