I stumbled upon a very sleek skin for Football manager 2007, its called Sleek Skin and was made by a person who calls himself Morgo21.

I recommend that you visit this link You can can also see a sreenshot of the skin, although to be fair the screenshot doesn't give it justice, in my opinion.

Download the link from that site, to install the skin, copy the downloaded folders into the skins directory to where the programme files for FM2007 are installed on your pc.

What I do like about the skin it is much easier on the eye. Damn it does look sleek.
