It is a test of patience, just downloading the demo itself, it sure is meaty in size at 1.26 gig. That aside, the game rocks, what was noticeable is the game engine being able to handle many, many things at once.
Such as, when you are in a manic shootout, you are able to use tequila time, for those unfamiliar with this its the bullet time, made popular in Max Payne. Although the to be fair John Woo made it to begin with.

You are in an insane shootout, with enemies everywhere. Just tapping the LT button allows you to dive, or use the surroundings to kick off walls, slide down rails, move on kitchen trolleys, etc, etc. Which make the shoot outs, look cool and more cinematic.
You charge a meter this allows you to either, briefly re-charge your health, or pull of even cooler, tequila bullet time moves, such as hitting up on the D-pad, puts you in first person view. As when you short this is more precise, there was a comical moment when I use this in a heated shootout.
I shot the bad guys hand, he was writhing in pain and didn't die, whilst at the same time, the columns were slowly being eroded away by the barrage of bullets. Using bullet times, moves killing all the other foe, then finish the poor guy of still in pain. This game engine looks truly amazing.

What makes this a must buy for me as playing the demo I had to pre-order the game, was the fact the director for the game is actually a real life director, which helps with the cut scenes working beautifully, this works a dream, the trailers for multi player make a nice twist on the usual first person shooters multi player with everyone have the ability to slide down rails and dive and shoot. This game is going to be ace.
